Any medium is accepted. No reproductions or giclées will be considered, unless by special permission by Jenni Kirby, owner.
SALES
Crossroads Art Center will take a 30% commission on any work sold from the AMS. All work submitted must be for sale.
ENTRY FEE
General public: $15 per submission. Limit of 3 submissions for artists
Gallery members: $12 per submission. Gallery members may submit a fourth entry for free. If an artist is not a gallery member, they may join at the time of entry at crossroadsartcenter.com/pages/gallery-membership. Entry fees are not refundable for any reason.
DISPLAY INFORMATION
Work must remain until the end of the exhibition. Hanging work must be wired with professional grade wire. Screw eyes are accepted, but D-rings are preferred. Sawtooth hangers will not be accepted. Ensure corners of frames, whether metal or wood, are tightly joined and have no scuffs, scrapes, and chips. If your piece requires non-traditional display, note in the space provided on the form and include an additional image showing the display mode.
LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT
Crossroads Art Center LLC will accept only original fine art and photography handcrafted by the artist. The gallery reserves the right to refuse delivered work if it differs from the submitted image, if the frame is in poor condition, or if the work is not properly wired. Signing the entry form or submitting entries online denotes agreement to the terms and conditions as stated in the entry information. The gallery is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on display at the art center.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Artwork must not have been previously exhibited in Crossroads Art Center juried shows. Work created in the last three years is preferred.
